What currency does Future Systems Pty Ltd use?

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and will not include GST unless stated otherwise.

Who do you use for shipping?

Future Systems Pty Ltd uses TNT shipping.

How long does it take to ship?

Shipping time depends on your location. All products will be shipped from Future Systems Pty Ltd's main office in Osborne Park, Western Australia. Estimated shipping times will be included within a requested quote and on the invoice. Shipping times will be Monday to Friday as courier's don't usually deliver on the weekend.

Faster shipping options are available but will incur a higher cost.

Am I able to track my shipment?

All shipments are given a consignment number by TNT, you will be provided with this consignment number when it is generated so that you can track your shipment.

How do I return my rented satellite phone or BGAN system?

We will organize for TNT to pick up your rental at a time which is convenient for you on the day that the rental is due to be returned.

How much notice is required to book a satellite phone or BGAN rental?

48 hours notice is required to book a satellite phone or BGAN system. This time does not include the time it would take to ship your items to you.
